OYO website - Room Booking was not done after taking money Not refunded my money yet

Sir **/*/**** I had booked a room from oyo website and I had also made the payment at the same time.. The name of the property was Royal Inn Shimla (Banisha **********) with this name and number...but after going to the hotel I came to know that no room had been booked there from oyo website.....I had a lot of trouble but now I want my money refunded. Whatever you want, you can talk to the people at Royal Inn.+************ this is number of the royal inn reception.
