I have booked a room in rohini,OYO ***** City House Booking ID # ********* Check-in Friday, ** August **** . But at hotel site they refuse to give room and said that online booking is not allowed at the moment and asked us to contact Customer care of oyo. I talked to them ,first they assure that they will arrange another room but they are unable to do so.
I request you to kindly refund my money in my account. Thanks and regards.
