Double tree by Hilton goa - Romm not provided by hotel as per booking

Dear sir

I got booked a room with your website and as per confirmation the room size was *** sq feet and I paid charges for the room but hotel was allot me room size *** sq feet.

When i asked to hotel , the front desk person said this size room not come under the category King guest pool view room.

My question is then why you shown the size *** sq feet for categories of room "king guest pool view room " .

I paid for higher charges and hotel provided me lower category room.

I want to cancel the booking for upcoming period and don't use your company next time for booking any hotel.

For your kind information check the attachment which was show you at the time of booking.
