My order id *****, I ordered Romano nx Cotton Cargo Shorts for Men- Bermuda with Multi-Pockets & Side Zipper Pockets × *, which I have seen images of shorts in their official website, but I received the product it's totally different and its **% quality is also not there, when I request for return , it's been ** days still no one assigned to return the product , and they are giving store credits instead of total refund, they are not even responding in support mail , please help me to get my refund to my bank account
