Diya Solution - ROM and RAM replaced

On **/**/**** I gave my mobile to Mobile service centre(Diya solutions) for the problem touch not working.After one week they repaired the touch problem but once I checked the mobile,my RAM and storage got reduced from ***GB and *GB to ** GB and * GB.Mobile service centre told we will clear your problem and I gave the mobile again on January last month till now they didn't solve my problem.They will say the phone is ready if I go to the service centre the phone is same as it is .Now the phone is not charging too.So kindly solve my problem
