LinkedIn - Rohit Kaun

rohit k filed complaint against LinkedIn on Mar 16, 2023

I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from your customer support team. I am an avid user of LinkedIn and have been using the platform for many years now. However, my recent experience with your customer support team has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I recently contacted your customer support team to report a malfunction on the LinkedIn website. However, to my surprise, I was asked to submit all of my personal documents, including my passport, Aadhar, and driving licenses. Despite being hesitant, I complied with the request, believing that it was necessary to resolve the issue I was facing.

To my dismay, after submitting all of my personal documents, my LinkedIn account was forcefully closed by your customer support team. This action has caused me to lose all the online learning material and certificates that I had accumulated over the years, despite having done nothing wrong on the platform.

Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that your customer support team is bullying users into paying money and engaging in anti-country activities. This is unacceptable behavior for a company that boasts millions of users globally, including citizens of the United States, Europe, and India.

I am appalled that your customer support team has the power to close user accounts with little to no explanation, and worse yet, they seem to be engaged in ruthless and anti-human activities. It is disheartening to see that LinkedIn, a company that is supposed to provide a platform for professional networking and growth, is allowing such unethical behavior to take place.

I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that your customer support team is not engaging in any illegal activities. Additionally, I request that my account be reinstated immediately, and all of the online learning material and certificates be restored.

Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.
