Harshit jindal filed complaint against Hero on Feb 4, 2023
I got the Road side assistance of my bike (Xpulse) from hero . Now my bike suddenly broke down on highway and i called RSA to toe my bike to nearest service station.
They promised me they will do it asap. And now i am waiting on a expressway from last * hours and yet no support. I have faced the trauma because of this pathetic service from hero
