KETEN RO SYSTEMS - RO Water Plant Not Delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are From Keerthi Groups, Kasturi Nagar *st Lane, Rayagada, vide GST No : **JEFPS****K*ZN. We are searched RO Water Plant from online. The Keten RO System prop. Ms . Nitika Uttamrao Gayakawad approached by Telephonic Call. And whats app from **.*.**** onwards . They explain about her machine Rate and all. They said ***LPH Machine with Installation & Transport and Tax the Rate is *, **,***/-. And ***LPH Machine with Installation & Transport and Tax the Rate is *, **,***/-. (Machine Details Enclosed ) We agreed purchase * Industrial RO WaterPlant. We need * no’s of ***LPH Machine & * no’s of ***LPH Machine.
We said Our condition to KTEN Ro System. i.e “ We have to supply to Indian Railway . That’s why we need a machine **.**.****.” They are agreed & asked the advance payment . Accordingly we paid the advance of *.** Lakhs . (Payment Receipts Enclosed) also paid to them. In mid time we are make the payment also.( Payment Receipt Enclosed) As per our Discussion **% Advance & Remaining amount should pay at the time of delivery with installation.
After Receiving the Advance They are not delivered on time. They are not Responded our call also. They are playing Hide & Seek game with us. And his mobile number also switch off & If mobile ringing But they not answering any calls from us. Our mobile put on block list. .. Documents Enclosed (Whats app Chats)
We have lot of pressure from Railway. This machine we have supply to Railway. That’s we are directly came to Nagpur they plant. After that we directly approached they company . After few Months they send the * machine Delivery given at Rayagada Railway Station. Details of Accouting

That Machine also lot of hidden valuable item missing. I asked to the Transport Driver Mr. Murlidhar Bhauraoji Mahulkar. They said the remaining parts will bring the RO Plant Technician at the time of installation . We are done lot of followup for installation . But not yet come . Again we came at Nagpur they plant. There is no plant and office . There office they shifted. They said The Remaining * No’s Machine not yet Send .
After long time our staff finally trace they address . But there is a NO NAME BOARD . Our Staff asked about installation. But last * months they hidden. Since Last * months they are palyed hide & seek game with us. They are simply said already one year is gone . We can’t Do.
The KETEN RO SYTEM Cheated us. Earlier Machine not installed . The Installation Charges also Taken.In that Machine lot of Hidden Valuable item missing . The Remaining * No’s Machine Payment was Taken But not Deliver to us.
That’s why we are lodging a complaining Against KETEN RO SYSTEM Prop. Nitika Gayakawad. GST NO **CIDPG****Q*ZR. PhNo; **********
