We got the RO service done at our residence address jahangir puri on *th april **** but since few days after that the water from our RO is not clean. And for that, we are raising requests on the contact number (**********, **********) mentioned in the bill, but no one visiting the residence and they say daily on call that they will come today but no one answering our calls after this.
It may happen that due to non-avavilability of their service, some serious problem may occur in my family for which the company will be responsible.
kindly help us.
