We sent * parcels (exhibition materials) through Rivigo from Hyderabad to Lucknow with Booking date ** April ****. Rivigo Hyderabad representative (Ibrahim **********) gave a quote of Rs. *** per parcel (total Rs. ****). He gave the same rate to all sending parcels from Hyderabad to Lucknow. I insisted on paying the amount upfront but he said he has been instructed to book only 'to-pay' parcels.
After about * weeks from Booking date when it got no intimation, i inquired and after *-* attempts got a final reply that they won't deliver until we pay the to-pay amount. Additionally, they sent me an invoice of Rs ****. They did the same with everyone who booked parcels with them at the time.
We needed parcels urgently so we agreed paying the amount. But this is cheating. Please do the needful. PFA the invoice and cargo receipt.
