Agoda com - Rishikesh INN Worst Hotel by Agods

We booked a hotel from Agoda, which was one of the worst hotels I have been. There were cockraoches over the bed, floor and even in food. No bathroom mats were there, staff was pathetic and manager of the hotel did not want to understand the problem. Geysers of the rooms were not working, even they were without connections.
we booked the hotel thinking if it is on Agoda site, it will be good. When tried reaching agods customer care as soon as we got into the room, they said we cant help through chat box and asked to write a mail. There is no email and contact for agoda to reach them and share the problems.
Agods being a good company must ensure what kind of hotels they are promoting on their website. One of my family member had vomit because she ingested cockroach in Poha given by them in breakfast.

This hotel offrered complimentary breakfast but there was no buffet and they were delivering in room taking hours.

This is the worst hotel I have seen in my life and due to Agoda. if one has to face these challenges even by booking through such big names, whats the use of it then. It would have been better if I would have gone through standard MMT or Yatra page.
