Praise Christopher filed complaint against KFC on Feb 8, 2025
I ordered from the kfc app yesterday and haven’t gotten it till now , have contacted customer care on every possible channel but they keep on avoiding me , I called their support number they didn’t even ask for my problem and said they would transfer my call to Delhi branch I wait another ** mins while on hold only for my call to be ended by then , I have the call record
Also reach out in mail, no resolution , also reached out on Instagram they only used pre written scripts and kept telling me to elaborate
