It was * to * weeks later after receiving I unpacked the product and figured out that the right ear bud isn't working. Tried the toll free customer care number +**-**********, but no response and at times it also says that the incoming facility to this number is not available. After few days somehow I managed to get this option to lodge a complaint, now let's see what customer service you can provide...
