No Broker Packers Movers - Ridiculous service by Packers Movers arranged by No Broket

We hired Packers and Movers recommended and arranged by No Broker for our house shifting on **th June ****. We had a terrible experience and I would like to highlight each one of them as below:
*) The Packers and movers reached our place (old apartment) at *am in the morning. They were informed by us clearly that the truck needs to move out of the community before *pm as per the rules of our old community. They delayed the packing and loading of the truck inspite of repeated reminders from us. A lot of heavy items including beds and mirrors were not loaded in the truck. We were informed at *:**pm that one of our two beds was hydraulic and cannot be dismantled by them. They said the disinstallation for this bed needs a carpenter. It was too late for us to find a carpenter in the last moment as the lockdown timings were being followed strictly by our old community and no carpenter was allowed to work after *pm. When we questioned them about why this was not informed to us earlier anytime between *am-*:**pm, they did not have an answer and suggested that we pay them **** extra for a second loading and unloading trip so that the beds can be transported without complete disinstallation. Also they asked us to keep this between us and not to inform their Manager about the second trip so that they could pocket this money. We had no idea why the second bed which was not hydraulic was not dismantled or loaded inside the truck on time. We clearly felt that the sole intention for leaving a lot of things (majorly heavy items) unpacked and unloaded was to charge us excess amount for a second trip when it was actually not needed.
*) The loading got extremely delayed and the truck reached our new community at *:** pm although the distance between our old and new community is less than *km. When we asked the movers guys about getting things done faster, they made extremely bad comments about my late father. To be precise, one of them said, "Ask your father to come and lift the stuff". That was extremely humiliating considering we were just three women including me, my Mom and sister.
*) None of the movers guys followed any Covid protocols despite repeated reminders from the security guards in my old community. They adamantly refused to wear masks throughout the shifting and I have all the pictures and videos to prove this.
*) A lot of our heavy items were left behind in the old apartment and when questioned about this, they used extremely foul language in our new community in the presence of our neighbors. They argued with me for almost one and a half hours in a very loud tone and provocative language. I told them that I would contact their Manager and am not ready to pay the full amount. Their Manager was extremely rude to me on the phone call and threatened me saying he will not let the truck move out of the community unless I make the full payment.
*) The service of items that were transported was pathetic. They overturned all the cartons randomly and spill everything all over the house. None of the items were arranged back in the place that they were supposed to be. All ironed clothes were thrown on the mattresses, none of the food items were packed properly and everything was spilled in the cartons. I have a clear video of the state of the entire house after unloading of the cartons and it's pathetic!
*) My TV holder was not packed along with the TV and when asked about it, they said that they had forgotten it in my old apartment. I had to hire a carpenter on the next day to get the holder fixed for my TV as they had pulled the holder with brute force and spoiled it instead of using a screw driver to remove it.
They had locked my wadrobe and lost the keys. I had contacted them several times regarding this but did not receive any proper response. I had to find a key opener to get it unlocked.
*) We had clearly informed No Broker about the number of items in our apartment and lot of them were left behind despite repeated requests about transporting atleast the heavy items first. I had spent almost *k for the transportation on the next day. It was clearly a big loss and we had gone through a lot of humiliation and mental trauma because of the entire incident.
*) We also lost a few kitchen items including a cooker.
We tried contacting No Broker about this terrible experience and all they said they could do is a refund of ****. Is that really a compensation for the mental trauma and humiliation that we have been put through?
Also, I spent an extra amount of **** to transport the remaining items and pay for the damages caused by them.
This is how ridiculous their service is and I would strongly recommend no one to hire them.
