My reward point which should be credited in amazon pay balance within ** hours after bill generation didnt get credited, as per terms and conditions.
No any proper responses from your robotic customer care who manipulate customers by giving false and vague replies.
You just tell me frankly, that my rewards would be received or not as per terms and conditions or I had to take necessary actions and legal steps against the bank about this fraud behaviour.
I did spoke to the amazon on this, they told that it is the fault of the bank. My statement was generated on ** Feb, and the reward point was also showing there.
