Revolt motors - Revolt RV 400 Bike Cancelation Refund not received

My name is Akash Bhimashankar Kalal, I had booked the revolt bike in **/**/****(Booking I'd - RV***-RED-P***-AUG-SEP**-******) revolt committed to me bike will receive in August- September, then I called him they told me please wait few months, after few month I called they told same reasons. Then I decide to cancel the bike, **/**/**** I had canceled the bike. Revolt motors committed to me if you bike cancelled we will refund your amount in ** days., after ** days I called they told please wait again ** days. I had called/mails him almost ** times Revolt reply is same your amount is initiated please wait **-** days. I am so tried about Revolt service because * year * months completed still they taking same reasons.
Please help me the refund the my bike cancellation amount. I am attaching the documents below
