Titan Eye Plus Ground Floor Ramphal Chowk Sector 07 New Delhi - Revokation of Warranty term

This communication be treated as complaint from undersigned (customer/consumer) i.r.t sale order no INRD****** & Invoice number BAHM****** dated **/**/**** regarding denial of resolution of defect that has arised in frame part of spectacles with in one and half month from its delivery and not covering it under warranty.

As per bill/invoice referred above item with description " Frame-Crest" is observed as broken during reading on **th April ****. It was reported on **th April **** to Titan Eye Plus* (AKT International Pvt Ltd, ***-A Ground Floor, Station Road, Pilibhit, UP [ Ph ****-*******] that is near to my work place. Through them, Titan Eye Plus Ramphal Chowk, Palam Extn, Dwarka, New Delhi was also informed in my presence and reported that it has happened in very routine usage and also submitted that it was always handled delicately ruling out application of any mishandling and exertion of any undue pressure etc.

Whereas it has also been submitted that I had never been informed about non inclusion of such defects/wearing outs in warranty of ** months, rather it was conveyed to me by sales person that its durability is beyond doubt and warranty coverage for a year on Titan eye makes it a more secure deal to you.

Afterward it was left to Titan Eye Plus* (AKT International Pvt Ltd, ***-A Ground Floor, Station Road, Pilibhit, UP and they escalated it to the company for replacement under warranty and after a lapse of a week time they have conveyed a denial. However, it is notable that they have escalated the matter to company without any opinion on the matter. [Copy enclosed]

Now, it is again submitted that:
i.) I had never been informed about non inclusion of such defects/wearing outs in warranty of ** months, rather it was conveyed to me by sales person that its durability is beyond doubt and warranty coverage for a year on Titan eye makes it a more secure deal to you.
ii.) it has happened in very routine usage and also submitted that it was always handled delicately ruling out application of any mishandling and exertion of any undue pressure etc.
iii.) No warranty terms of such non inclusion were never shared and shown to me, rather bill along with terms conditions were sent to be along with product after many days along with product delivery.

It is requested to get the product replaced urgently as I am facing enormous difficulty while reading with my earlier spectacles or The seller to compensate me with billed amount.
