I had taken Home loan from DHFL BANK in year **** with flexible interest rate (loan document attached ). Now, DHFL has transferred home loan to icici bank without customer consent. I have approached to ICICI bank-chandanager,hyderabad for revision of interest rate from **.*%(existing rate) to current interest rate,which is *.*%(i am ready to pay applicable charges to icici bank); However,bank manager denied to change interest rate without any reason. I have requested him to concern with their high authority for clarification but he never replied and it is ** days from last meeting. it is humble request to help me; since i am paying hefty charges to bank without any reason and guidelines .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
