I am a reseller of Meesho company.My customer want to return her kids shoes as it was unfitted to her son which was delivered on dt **.**.** ,so i put request on dt **.**.** for return pickip & refund but after several times complaints against the courier partner Ecom Express to meesho there is no action taken against ecom express. Repeatedly they cancelled the reverse pickup upto **.**.**.Also i want to arranged callback from meesho backened & complained several times but no responce from meesho till date.
My customer seriously angry on me due to badly behaviour & neglegency of meesho.
I want proper action against ecom express and meesho.
i want my customers reverse pickup and refund asap.
