I want to reverse finance charges which were leived by bank on my credit card.All the finance charges were nearly about Rs. *****.The finance charges which were leived by bank was not due to my fault.Their CRM told me to pay minimum ammount not the total outstanding.And she set my auto pay to minimum amount n not to total outstanding.The finance charges are of from last two years.I already sent mail to bank n there executives but they were not responding me properly.I alrady registered a compalint to their grievance redressal.Though they were not replying properly.Pls see the concern.
