Hello Zee*,
I made a payment of Rs.*** to Zee* on **th March twice and both times I got an error message from Zee* stating the transaction is not approved. However the amount has got deducted from my HDFC Bank account and the bank has also confirmed the same.
I tried again on *th April and the transaction went through successfully. Request you to refund me the previous * subscription fees (amounting to Rs.***) back into my HDFC account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
