Amazon in Amazon Seller Services Private Limited - Returns Initiated Repeatedly

I want to inform you that I placed a prepaid order from the Amazon Seller Services Private Limited’s official e-commerce android app “Amazon India - Shop & Pay” on **st July **** at **:** pm (Order Number/ID: ***-*******-*******).

**. It arrived at my final delivery station on **th July **** at **:** am but till now **th July **** it has not been delivered.

**. The final delivery station’ manager repeatedly called me (+**-********** & +**-**********) and told me that their delivery agent couldn’t deliver shipment at my doorstep. I shared the call recordings and contact number to the Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (cs-reply@amazon.in) on **th June **** at *:** pm. He talked very loudly (Unprofessional, Rude, Impolite, Pathetic and Threatening Behavior) as requested to deliver it to my doorstep. He was being rude and impolite, he went on to further have a verbal fight with me where he was absolutely insolent and refused to acknowledge his mistake. This shows highly unprofessional behavior. Their staff is highly unprofessional. This is not the kind of behavior I expect from your employee.

**. After the final delivery station’ manager continuously initiated returns without my consent (Order Number/ID: ***-*******-******* & ***-*******-*******, AWB Number: ************, ************ & ************).

So kindly look into these matters.
