Sportspace - Returning of the product and getting the refund

I ordered amway nutrilite cherry iron from sportspace on July *th and I received the order on July *th but the bar code was scratched on the product. And now when I have sent them mail regarding returning of the product, I haven't got one reply from them regarding the procedure , despite sending them numerous mails and messages.
