Pallavi filed complaint against The Roy Online on Mar 2, 2021
We had ordered one saree online in the above mentioned website, since we didn't like the product we returned it to the address given in the website.https://theroy.in/pages/contact-us.But they haven't acknowledged the return.They haven't refunded our money.We tried contacting them in instagram.They initially said they will refund later but now they aren't replying to any messages.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
