Peachmode.com - Returned a packet of 3 kurtas purchased because of wrong size Credit given only for 2 kurtas

I brought three kurtas and one pant in one order. The size of kurtas were smaller, so I returned all * kurtas. But they are showing only * kurtas as returned and giving a credit for rs.***/- . I called and sent emails about the pilferage. They only say they are checking and t is more than ** days whereas they claim response within **-** hours. I want full refund.
