Ochre and Black Pvt Ltd - Return wasn t picked up and money not refunded

I have ordered a dress from AND brand (Ochre and Black Pvt.Ltd on *thJun** and it got delivered on *thJune**. Due to the size issue, I had to return it and order a different size since there's no exchange option online. On *the June only I have placed a request for return and ordered the same dress of different size. My return request is still pending where as the new order was delivered immediately on **the June. It's been almost ** days but my return request wasn't attended despite multiple emails and phone calls. Please do the needful. Thank you!
