The product got damaged in transit, so the client returned it. It was the fault of delivery partner in the first place, for which I tried to lodge a complaint but I was told that since the courier was in transit (return), I'll have to wait till I receive it and then file a complaint. The return order was created on March **st from Bangalore to surat. I haven't received it yet. I call everyday and the customer care says they are trying. The courier partner updates the status in the morning as Out for Delivery, and later the status changes to undelivered. This is happening each day. I lost the product due to transit damage, I lost the client because I still haven't received the product to repair it and send it back. And I lost my reputation with that client who had multiple orders in process.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
