Dealhatke - Return the product but not refund me

I place a order **th march**** for necotex swet slim belt. It delivered **st March **** I intimate within ** hrs n they male me about refund but in the mail they not discribe about sent the product &Account details. I call customer care for more information they inform me only sent the product to the corporate address ,i sent it by DTDC express limited, not inform me about the sent account deatails.again I call them they inform me about refund time ** days. **nd aprail **** they inform me about the sent account deatail.i sent the account deatail by mail they reply me you not intimate within ** days. I continues calling thire customer care no.but they not give proper response sent this type of mail I lose product &money both.
