I ordered smart watch from todaylivedeal. The product shown on website was good but actual product I received is very ordinary n different. For this reason, I want to return product and a refund. But they aren't responding to emails or calls. If I send the product back to them, I fear that they will take it and won't even respond. So I will lose my product as well as money. Kindly help.
