Jiomart AND RELIANCE SMART JAJPUR ROAD ODISHA - Return rescheduled and after its showing rejected

I made a sandal order on **/**/**** and delivered on **/**/****. And the size was small so made a return request. On **/**/**** I got call from Ecom express ask me to they are rescheduling the return request. Showing below,
"The code to RESCHEDULE pickup of QWIK SUPPLY CHAIN, is **** (valid for ** mins). Share with our agent only to RESCHEDULE - Ecom Express"

Then I got this message,
"Dear Customer, Your return pick up of order no. *****************A failed. For further details, please contact Delivery Manager or the shipper - Ecom Express."

So I logged a compliant on **/**/**** in the jiomart app. But no response. Then I made a call to your customer care support on **/**/**** to solve the issue and she told me will solve in * days, till now no result.
