Respected sir
I had ordered a white crocs from paytm the product id is ********** and i got the product by *th july there is a size issue so i returned the product on *th july its self.
But i accidentally selected the option of partial product so the Express Bees( delivery agency) called me and ask me to call the customer care.
So i contact your customer care service and said my whole prob they did the return again but the return was done by another delivey agency .
So i the product was with the express bess this time so they forget to return the product .
Now your customer care people they didn't change the partial product issue yet . Each and every time my return is beeing rejected .
I m really fed up with this

Please change the partial product option and retun the product its been more than * month yet paytm didn't solve the issue.
