Meesho - Return request rejected

Actually I've placed an order on meesho, I received completely different product. I have tried to return the product but the return request has been cancelled. I already talk to one of the agent, she told me like there is no return option for this product and there is no chance to return that product. Whenever I place the order then it was clearly showing like all easy returns are accepted but now they are told me like this. The product is worth ****/-. It is a huge amount to me, and the product which I received is not worthy for that. In addition to this call me option also not visible to me in help center section.please help me with this.
