Snapdeal Online Shopping - Return request not initiated

I ordered whirlpool air conditioner through snapdeal.com but I am not satisfied with the product quality and warranty information. So I placed returned request, firstly they said that we are not taking a return but after one day they mailed us and asked us to send through any courier service to our warehouse and upload courier receipt so we contact dtdc courier service sent to their warehouse. We go through their website but not found any option. So we mailed all the details to their help@snapdeal.com multiple times but they are not responding to us. Now they are saying we closed the return request. What should we do now?
