Saribox.com - Return request not granted

I ordered one saree (Preferable multi-colored soft silk saree CD-***) from saribox.com on **/**/****.
I received the parcel on */**/****. The product was not same as mentioned, so I request a return for the same on */**/****. Till today they didn't even grant that request for cancellation and not even responding us on WhatsApp (from where they also accept the order). Kindly help us with this asap.
