Gayatri Ammulu Facebook account - Return request for the product is not being raised and refund not provided

Have booked the product and they promised for easy returns available. Paid an amount of ****/- and ordered the product. But, received the wrong product, the received product is completely different from the product ordered. When notified them, they said they will raise the return request in sometime, but later they never responded to that and dint raise any return request.
