Minimalist sunscreen from Nykaa - Return request

On **th I ordered Minimalist sunscreen and on *st May I raised a return request and had shown that wait for **hrs.upto * days I waited directly they have been rejected my return request.I didn't open the product without opening the product i raised a return request and they rejected and finally they are saying that you opened the product i swear I didn't opened any product the product is fake I seen product but I didn't opened any product and atleast they are not listening what I am saying just they are saying simply we can't do anything .That's a fake product on Nykaa
And I am from middle class that amount is my pocket money they took that money ***rupees.its hurting please Refund my amount
