Mufti jeans - Return related

I tried to make a return for the above order. You courier service picked the product from me and checked all the tags which were intact. At evening I got a message from courier service that return in canceled so I visited there office to check what happend. The manager said that the product color is different. In the image its brown and the packet it is little bit light. The product is same. Same design as received from mufti. I returned because I dont like the color. For the same reason they have canceled pickup. Kindly reschedule the pickup and refund my money. Its like a joke that since the image color is slightly different from actual product the return was canceled. Pure harrasment.
