Ordered was placed on Feb **, ****.
I ordered a ladies suit, and got a low quality product. Although, at high level it matched with whatever was shown in the pic, but velvet on the suit was of low quality, and embroidery on hand was not exactly same as shown in the pic.
I initiated a return, and in the website, I was asked for a reason to return as dropdown box. I selected that product not same as expected or its different from what i expected.
I returned the product without even using it.
It's quality check guys rejected the return citing reason that you ordered a suit, and we gave you a suit as shown in pic, so we can not accept this return.
Really upset the way they are duping your customers of their hard earned money .
Customer can return the product for different reason. They have no right to dictate my reason.
For e.g. I can order a product, which is "light red" in the picture , and order it. But when I receive it , then it is "dark red". I have the right to return it, highlighting that "this is not what ordered ". But, then their quality check department is going to reject the quality check, saying that you ordered red and we gave you red, so now live with the product?????
This is ridiculous .
Customer can have mismatch of expectations for different reasons. They have no right to dictate my reasons.
I ordered a product, and I did not like it. I returned it , and I need a refund.
They have no right to keep my money by sending a low quality product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
