I purchased a tshirt from bonkers but they didnt pick it up from my address after the return period passed they mailed me on * or ** June that return can not be picked as pincode is not servicable which is not possible I live in a big city I tried to contact them on whatsapp and there chat option the team kept saying they are working on my issue I trusted today I got customer care number and called they said we can not take your return because so many days passed but this is so wrong with me please help me I tried contacting them every *-* days
