Shraddha Nemane filed complaint against Zipker Shopping App on May 16, 2019
At the **st of April, I placed one order for lehenga in Zipker. Within * days I received my order. But received order is not correct to mean it's not like as shown in the pictures.
The lehenga fabric is also different as well as one item is also missing in the set. As I read in the description the same time I placed a request for return. I received one mail also which says a person will come to get back the item and at the same time, I will get my money back into my bank account. Two tickets also raised for my return. Now may is going on and I have dropped many emails, WhatsApp messages. Also called then but they have blocked my number. I also twitted then them on twitter but nothing happened. I am doing this much for my own many this is a really bad thing. I am very much frustrated. Please do something. I have attached received product photo.
