Souled store - Return Refund fraud

I ordered two tops from souled store as the quality of products was not good I filled a return request. On Sunday morning pickup agent came to pick up the products I returned the products and even gave him the OTP they sent to me for pick up. But now on their website it shows that the return request was canceled. I contacted their team and provided al the details to them OTP screenshots and pickup agent’s number also. They replied to me stating that they are initiating a return request for me but how would I return the products which i have already returned. They are legit frauds here i am ended up with nothing in my hand neither the products nor my money.
