Samsung galaxy watch 7 - Return refund deny ever after providing the option

I am a flipkart premium plus member and have been shopping for many years and never faced this type of inconvenience.

I have ordered the SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch* **mm LTE (Green Strap, Large) from Flipkart on July Fri, **th Jul and the order got delivered on Mon, **nd Jul and I found issue with some applications are not working as expected and the battery backup is too poor, it takes *+ hours for charging and battery will not even come for * day .

I have observed that ** minutes of usage will reduce **% of battery which is unacceptable .
So, on **rd July ( next day of order delivery ) I have placed a return/refund request which was available on your website ( please see the screenshot below )



When I am placing the return/refund request it asked me to upload the photos of the device and I uploaded it .



Initially when I place the return/refund request the next processing date was showing as Jul ** and on Jul **th the ticket was updated as we need some time, and resolution postponed and on Jul **th also I have not received any update and **th was Sunday . (now the message is showing as resolved )
On **th I have received call from one of the executive, she advised to visit the service center which is not relevant solution as this issue can’t be rectified as this is working as designed .
On the later part of the call, she also told that she would process my return/refund request and disconnected the call ,later when I see the request status , it was showing as refund rejected and solution was showing as “ issue resolved after troubleshooting” which seems very funny and annoying , I am not sure what troubleshooting she did on a phone call .
Next, I started a chat with one executive, and he said your refund request is rejected because you have requested after the return policy date , if you can see the above screenshots , I have placed the return/refund request immediate next day (**rd July) of the order delivery .
This was the delay from their end and saying this my mistake .
Then I called the customer support again and created a new ticket and they said the resolution is before Aug ** and today ( Aug ** ) one of your customer care executives called me and said the same thing again to visit the service center .
I have followed the procedure whatever available on website , it had return/refund option and I placed it .

I need answers to the below questions and need a refund by accepting the product .

*. If return/refund option not available , then why website was giving the option ?


*. If there were no option to refund , why it was asked to share the pictures of the product ?

*. When the order was delivered, it was showing as return policy till **th July , if you people are not able to provide the refund , then why this message is displayed ?

This product is not working as expected and battery backup is too poor, so I don’t want to continue with this product, as per the website there was a option to return and get the refund and I requested the same within the date of the policy .

I have sent email to the flipkart escalations mail id and there is no response .
