Hello,
Placed an order (Order no.*********) for Kurti, fitting, material, fabric all were pathetic and it was CoD when I asked for return the CC representative (claimed his name as Manoj Kumar) started asking me all the Debit card details like (card number, account number, expiry date) and most surprising part when he asked for CVV number as well, when I refused to share all these details(considering the security aspects), he was completely unprofessional and denied to refund the money unless I share all these details.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
