The executive Pankaj Mondal, **********, picked up the return product on **.**.****, but its been ** days the product is not marked as picked up. When i called him he said there is some server issue. Some local guy called identifying himself as Xpressbees area manager and asked me the reason for the refund. He sounded nothing like an area manager and disconnected my call when i enquired further.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
