Marks and Spencers - Return product picked up but not returned to the merchant

The executive Pankaj Mondal, **********, picked up the return product on **.**.****, but its been ** days the product is not marked as picked up. When i called him he said there is some server issue. Some local guy called identifying himself as Xpressbees area manager and asked me the reason for the refund. He sounded nothing like an area manager and disconnected my call when i enquired further.

Marks and Spencers  – Order delivered but showing undelivered in my account want to exchange as delivered wrong product Closed

I want to return my product bcoz it's wrong item delivered.....in my zivame account it's showing the product is not delivered yet,...now how can I return or exchange
