Dear team,
I have ordered a red dress from mira fashion house on instagram on **th february **** at *:** pm and made the online payment. Its order no. is ***********. I received this product on **th february ****. I want to return this product because I have found the following issues:
*. Found an unstitched product as when I had a discussion, they told me that I will get the stitched product.
*. Get the dissimilar product as mentioned in the pictures and videos provided by the site.
*. Quality of the product is unacceptable, as product fabric is very poor.
*. Work and stitching is very poor as the thread and stones are coming out.

Now when I am connecting with customer no. +** **********, no one is receiving my calls. When I am connecting on instagram, there also the person is not responding.
I request you to look into this and provide me resolution.
In the meantime, tell me when the pickup is scheduled with the address- technopark bargi hills near by tilwara ghat jabalpur (M.P.), Pin ****** and when I will get my refund amount. Kindly provide me with a refund as soon as possible.
