Daily Objects - Return policy so neatly framed to swindle customer's money

The site has no option where a consumer can post ratings of a product, the product is very highly priced for the quality delivered, beyond all this, the site claims they support an easy return policy, which is that they will not refund the money, but exchange it for the same unsatisfied product, how does this amount to an hassle free return policy?
