I had ordered a product on *th April ****. through shipment procedure but the product was defected and was of very poor quality so I asked for return and was successfully returned on *th of May **** of which I have the proof as a screenshot too. But now it is showing an unsuccessful return. Also Shipment has been calling and warning me about the over due.please look on this matter soon as possible SSS. YOUR EXECUTIVE ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND NEVER PICS UP CALL, ONCE ONE EXECUTIVE HUNGED UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CONVERSATION. This was the worst experience with online shopping.
