I purchased some stuff from boat site but willing to return that on same day of receiving the product but After so many mails, twitter msg, Facebook message no one is coming to Pick that return product and now they were not responding me..even there is no Customer care team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
