Dear Woodland Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I placed an order for MEN BOOT GB *******,LBBROWN(SIZE **) on July **, **** (Order No: OR-*******), and due to size issue i want to return this boot .I have contacted the customer care multiple times but no response also I have written mail but same no response its been more than ** days,the order status still shows “In Transit”. And the Delivery person isn't not coming to take the return .I want my Refund also .Its making me really frustrated for this and helpless.
Could you please provide an update on the return status and the estimated date of arrival? The delay is causing inconvenience, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.
