I received a broken product and I have immediately raised a return request on **th of April. The pickup is rejected from their end and inspite of repeated requests they are not responsive enough and disconnecting tha calls repeatedly. Also they are adding the comments that I am rejecting the request to pickup which is completely the false information.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
